Discreet Shipping: If you choose the discreet shipping option, your order will be shipped in unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Additionally, discreet orders can be shipped directly to your specified address, ensuring that your personal information and purchase details remain confidential.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package status in real-time.

For international orders, after your package arrives in your country, the local postal service will take over. In this case, you can use the same tracking number on the local postal service’s website to track your package.

If the tracking information indicates that the package cannot be delivered for any reason, please contact your local postal service for further details. They may have additional information that we do not, as they are handling your package.
Shipping Address:

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Discreet orders will be sent to your specified address to ensure the safety of your personal information.

Once the item is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and ownership transfers to you (the customer). Therefore, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
Incomplete/Incorrect Shipping Address or Name:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to address errors or failed deliveries.
Changing the Shipping Address:

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to intercept, reroute, or modify the destination or shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and providing your order information to see if they can redirect the package to a new address.

All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. Please note that DHL shipments require a valid phone number. International shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
